    Hai, I’m Ans. I’m 42 years old, living in The Hague, the Netherlands. I just bought the book yesterday. I want to start this diet, but because I have type 1 Diabetes, I want to talk to my specialist before I start.
    So I hope he will be okay with this. I wish everyone a great succes following this diet!!

    I’ve started yesterday! My insulin is down to half of what I normaly use, today its back to normal. I didn’t have any problems yesterday, I was just shoched to learn that I had to eat 1400grams of spinach to get to my 500 calories :-). That was a bit to much for me.
