  • I’ve just done my first week on the diet and it wasn’t so bad! I was surprised how easy it was actually, and I am wondering if I am doing something wrong…
    Just a few questions for those experienced fasters out there:

    How long until I should see some weight loss?
    Am I able to have a wine on my non-fast days?

    If you have been sticking to 5/600 cal. on diet days and TDEE or less on non diet days you probably will see a loss after a week or two – I didn’t see a loss for three weeks, so you never know.

    You can eat or drink anything you want on 5:2, but to be successful you need to stay under your TDEE on non diet days.
