Hellooooo, we are Stuart and Emma, New fasters here. I have been inspired to do this after my mum has lost over 3st since October doing this.
I am so fed up of shopping in the fat-chick sections
of shops (especially the upstairs sections!) So we are on it, really hungry as today is our first day but we are determined. Hope to see you all about!

My first day today too…feel much better after having had tea and I’m sure we’ll look forward to breakfast in the morning. I too am fed up with the larger ladies section and can’t wait till I can start to wear the clothes I want instead of the ones that “coverall”. My hubby and I are doing together too, wishing you success!
