New starter to the forum

    I have been doing the 5:2 fast diet for 3 weeks now, starting to see and feel the difference

    I am keeping track of my weight, calorie intake and bmi.
    Today I weigh 9st 13lbs I’m 5ft 5 and my bmi is around 23.2?!

    Looking forward to seeing and feeling the long term effects the 5:2 has to offer

    Welcome to the forum. 5 lbs in 3 weeks is really good. But it may slow down and stop or go up a little some weeks, just keep at it. Look at other measurements like waist, hip etc.

    Also check posts by Dr Mosley, Jeanius and wiltldnrUSA. They contain lot of valuable information..
