I’ve just ordered a new me! should be here end of April, I’ve 50lbs to shift so I’ve got myself ready for the Fast 800, I do have a question.
The 800 calories, can they be made up of any foods but healthy stuff, lean chicken, fish, fresh veg and fresh salads, does that sound ok?
You have it. You will lose weight eating 800 calories of garbage, but the healthy stuff pays off in feeling better, sleeping better and functioning better. A 50 lb loss is achievable, many of us have done it, but doing it as soon as April is ambitious. Good luck. Keep us informed of your progress.
