Hi all I’m new to this forum just wanted say hi and any tip on fasting and getting through the day would be great I’ve not had anything to yet as trying save my calories for when I get most hungry evening time do you all work out as well

Hi Noodles. You’ll find lots of good advice on here. Good to get hold of the book as it sets all out in detail. Yes one save their calories for a single meal, others split them between two or three. And some work out, others don’t. There’s a true cross section on heres! Lots of ideas too. Read some of the threads.
