My first week

  • Started on 2nd February , stuck to the 5.2, cur down on bad carbs and red wine .
    weighed on 9th February lost 7lbs
    Need to be done. Reached 60 with two knee replacements, coronary stent and a hernia all in the last 4 years

    That’s brilliant, well done! Keep going, you can do it and your health will improve so much.
