Well, I managed the first day easy but did take 30 cal too many. I got hungry in the evening (when I would normally eat junk like crisps or biscuits) but ate celery instead. This made me think…..100gm celery gives 8 calories but chewing and digesting it uses more than 100 calories so celery actually gives minus about 100 calories…..good stuff

You’ve been fasting since April and might be showing some results by now.
When you get hungry in the evening, it could be habit [that’s a good habit to break] or it could be thirst. Try 16 oz of water or a cup of flavorful herbal tea. That helps me.
