Can intermittent fasting make it any worse?

I’ve been intermittently fasting for 5 weeks
All seems fine, lost 2 Kg in weight so am cutting back to once a week.
I seem to have so much more energy on fasting days.
I’m noticing that I need to pace myself consciously on those fasting days otherwise the migraines land the next day.
    Anyone else experiencing similar?

    Hi
I have rrms and have just started with 5:2 this week. My fast day was tuesday and it went fine, I didn’t get migraines the next day, had no problems at all. I’m hoping this will work for me as I need to lose about 3 stones and can’t exercise.
Do you think its helped your ms symptoms at all?

    Hi,
I have spms, thought I was getting dementia
Not sure if I have seen any affect on my symptoms but my husband recons I’m brighter mentally.

What I have found is that my clothes are more comfortable
I’ve stopped fretting about eating a low fat diet and I’m enjoying my food

It seemed to all come together after a month or so then is feels like second nature to do it
