  • After being on weight watchers for so long it has become the norm to have around 1100-1300 calories a day so I feel weird if I have 2000 in a day. Will eating 2000 make me maintain weight or will it be okay if I fast properly. I’m a bit stuck, mostly psychologicaly more than anything. Can anyone enlighten me please? 🙂

    Hi beckii:

If your TDEE is 2000, then if you eat that or below you should be OK. But it is unusual for someone to have a TDEE of 2000 on the head. I would recheck your TDEE using the calculator at the top of this page.

Here are some tips – number four explains TDEE: https://thefastdiet.co.uk/forums/topic/the-basics-for-newbies-your-questions-answered/

    Good Luck!
