I’ve been 5:2 fasting for 2 years and find drinking tea (with skimmed milk) really helps to combat hunger on my fasting days. However, I’ve recently read about combining 500-800 limited calorie fasts with time limited fasting (e.g, 16:8) on those days too. Is there any evidence that drinking tea with skimmed milk during the food free hours would negatively impact the health benefits?
