    I was wondering, how do I measure the above and what are the best sources (to keep to 0.8g per kg)? Thanks

    If you look up foods [raw ingredients] on a site such as CalorieKing, you can find out the nutritional value of many foods by the ounce. This is useful for calculating food values for Fast Days.
