Hi. Anyone out there with info or personal experience regarding 5 2 diet and effects on lymphoedema? I am 46 and was diagnosed with primary lymphoedema 11 years ago. Just wondering if i could expect any gains in regards to my lymphoedema as well as weight loss. J

This caught my eye. My daughter lymphodema and I’m going to suggest that she ask her dietician about the 5:2 diet. I’m sorry you didn’t get any other helpful replies.

my primary lymphoedema seems to improve, yet I do not know whether it is the fasting or the weight loss.
