Low calorie meals from supermarkets

    Find sometimes rather lazy and need something quick to eat when I get home. Have been buying ready meals in the low cal sections and keeping within the 500 cals, but since doing so, although clothes loose, not losing any weight. (lost one stone since July) but struggling to lose any more. Hoping by reading the new exercise book, I will be inspired to start exercising (not my strong point). Also how do you stop being grumpy when fasting?
