CODA – there are days like that and I have decided that unless they start stacking up then don’t worry. IT’s like having a duvet day where you just curl up and shut out the world. Sometimes they are as good for the soul as anything else. Again, the trick is to leave it behind and move on to the next thing and next fast day. I too read the forums when I am feeling like I might go off the rails and find it really helpful. Not just as a distraction but as an inspiration.
MARYW I am truly in awe of your planking. 2.5 is the best I can get without losing form and risking injury!!
We are on the last week little voices. A big push, you can fit in two or more fast days if you want to. You just have to want to!
Who is taking over for November?? Volunteers? Anyone having trouble staying on track – I have found running the month really helps to focus me.
