  • Does anybody use these to do their HIIT? Experienced with using them but just wondered what others are doing. If anybody is; which one are they using, what intervals etc


    You could use the same principles of HIIT to any form of training. Though is suspect if you’re already resting in between your sets with kettlebell, you already are.

    Try mixing it up and see what you find harder. Lower the rest down, increase the weight or sets in a row. Lots of different ways you could play with it. Get creative!
