JUST STARTED!

    I just started the fast diet last week by having myself a strict 6 hour window period to eat. Sometimes, my fast goes over, but it’s ok than eating earlier, I suppose. I’m hoping to change this soon too a 4 hour window period, but let’s see how it goes first. But, in my first week, people already said I’ve lost a bit of weight, which is great because this is a diet I could definitely stick to because I’m used to not eating, cos I’m an extremes kind of person. I don’t have a proper weighing scale though, so it’s hard to keep track, but by wearing my clothes and if it fits me again will be my verdict.

    My only problem is that I like drinking coffee, but my window period is at night, which isn’t ideal, but I rarely sleep early so it works for me. I sleep around wee hours of the morning or until the morning itself just before lunch.

    Hi! Good luck in reaching your goals. How are you finding it? I’m not doing a timed window myself, just 500cal over the course of the day (tends to be over 9-odd hours) and finding that pretty manageable so far – I’m in my third week.
