After several failed attempts on other diets except intermittent fastening which I have not tried, I’m ready and committed to make it work. Any hints most welcome 🙂

1. plan your meals ahead, unless you’;; be doing a water fast
2.hide any snack food that might tempt you
3. drink a lot of water, especially when your brain says, ‘Feed me now.’
4. have activities to distract you in the afternoon — go for a long walk; 2 hours of anything that occupies your hands and keeps you away from eating.
