    Hello 🙂

    I am praana from india .. I have been a sufferer of ibs/sibo since 5 years nd have not been able to find a solution.. have tried almost everything..I read in a a few testimonials that 5:2 cures ibs and sibo.. Most of the cures which claim complete cure have never worked on me unfortunately.. Would love any help .. Thanks in advance
