How to maintain a healthy weight?

  • I am a working girl from last 5 years and my job is a complete sitting job. Due to this, I am putting on weight fastly. My lifestyle is quite busy and I rarely got time for the physical workout or gym. Can you please suggest me some foods so that I can maintain a healthy weight?

    5:2 is the best diet, I love it so much! Absolutely no need to go gym, you’ll lose the weight on nutrition alone.
