Finally spurred in to action by Ill health & allergies causing breathing problems.
I reccommend looking at inflammation in your body.

Weigh day is tomorrow (Tuesdays)so I’ll update you.

In the last week I lost another 1.2 kgs.

So a total of 2.6 kilos in 2 weeks.

I’m not posting my weight, just my weight loss.

Let’s put it this way , I’m eligible for weight loss surgery on a 162 cm frame!
