hey this is my 3rd day on 5:2 monday was my fast day had 491, yesterday 991, today 1534. Tomorrow is my 2nd fast day of the week, how many hours do peolple fast for?

Are you asking about how long the typical fast day is? (From the evening meal the day before, to breakfast the day after, but with 500-600 calories consumed during that time),
or how long people go without eating on their fast days? (lots of variation but I have about 14 hours overnight before I have my morning coffee au lait, and about 13 hours overnight after I have my evening soup).
