Hi, I just had my gallbladder removed a month ago. I am excited about the possibility of losing weight and getting healthier with the 5-2 diet. How long should I wait after my surgery before I begin a 12 hour fast twice a week?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

well, you definitely should wait a bit before starting dieting. What did your therapist recommend?
