  • Hi everyone. I make my own juice that I’d like to have on fasting days but I don’t know how to work out the calories. 6 apples, pineapple, spinach, cucumber, avocado, lime, celery, parsley and watercress. If I count them all as ‘whole’, the count seems enormous! Does anyone know how to do this? Many thanks, Julie

I Google everything. Just type in “calories in homemade juice” and there should be some good stuff. I do think when you juice, it’s a lot more calories than if you just ate some of the stuff, though.

Thanks Tidychick – will give it a go.
