After doing 5:2 for about 9 months I have found my night sweats have returned! Is this a sign of the anti-aging effects? Anyone else found this?

night sweats
mine have gone away
but mayb because of being 54+
u may be taking a niacin type pill
& forgetting the aspirin 30 min b4
there could be a slew of hormonal reasons
get the fan designed 4 that
it goes under the covers
there r also cooling sheets & pillows
i know how u feel i doubt its the lifestyle
