  • Hi , I’ve read the book 3 times but finally decided to try the diet . I am the worlds worst yo yo dieter and also binge eat when I have a bad day . I’m not massively overweight but I want to lose a stone and improve my general health as I am struggling with joint pain and not able to sleep . I’m sure a healthier diet would help .
    My guilty pleasures are chocolate and Soba Noodles !
    I would love to get ideas on what to eat that will fill me up as I never feel full .
