Iβm am new to IF and am struggling with craving for all things sugary and fatty…any advice

This is not easy as it really comes down to willpower – but that can be helped by distracting yourself by trying to keep busy as much as possible; drinking water, black coffee or tea, or fruit teas, zero coke etc. Anything with zero calories but some flavour should help. Plus, always hang on to the fact that you can have whatever you want in less than 24 hours.
