Hello from 'at target'

  • Hi! Been following 5:2 since Nov 2012. 5’10” female. Was 158lbs now 144lbs. Been at target since May so doing occasional 16:8 but I don’t want to lose any more wt yet retain the internal health benefits. Stomach has shrunk so I can’t stuff myself anymore. I am quite active too (running, swimming) & don’t want to stop that.
    How do I get the health benefits & not lose more wt?

    Hi Van Jan, well done! There is a maintenance section in the FAQ section where it is suggested you do 6:1. Can’t wait to get to the point where I can try it, let us know how you get on when you start it.
