Hey Folks, I’m a Brit, living in the US for a good few years. Recently diagnosed with T2D diabetes- needing to lose about 60 pounds, and change my bad eating habits. Ideal time to start.

Hi, Gary. Welcome to the forums. It is pretty cold here in Virginia today, also! Good luck on your fasting journey. Many of us can tell you that it is effective and not difficult, but the support of others is helpful. Look into the January Journey forum; there are lots of folks from all over the world on that one, very friendly group!
