  • Hello everybody,

    Have just received my book and plan on spending this week reading and getting to grips with it.

    I am doing the London to Brighton walk this weekend so am only planning on starting next Wednesday when I get back. Need to carb-load this week for the 24 hours (hopefully) of walking that lies ahead of me!

    I’m currently at 12st6lbs and my goal is to lose a stone by 8th August when I head off on holiday! This has worked for a few people I know and fingers crossed it will work for me. I have no problem in feeling hungry, I actually quite like it! So this might just be the option for me…Lord knows I’ve tried sooooo many others!

    Carb-loading made me chuckle. For god’s sake don’t do that before your first fastday or you’ll be sorry!!! 😉

    Crikey no!! Only stocking up
    on carbs this Weds, Thurs & Fri!! Will all be gone after 100km’s haha
    Really looking forward to starting, has done wonders for some of my friends 🙂
