I’ve battled a gastric problem in last two weeks. I had a few days without food and that is reflected in my last reading. This week it went up 1.5 kg which I expected. I’ve lost 5.5kg which is only a drop in the ocean! I was chuffed however that my sugar levels were in the black for the first time in years. My blood pressure is low and I’m woozy. I have to go and have a colonoscopy and a gastroscopy to find where the bleeding came from. My bet is on an ulcer. I am not going to fast for a while but will continue to eat sensibly until I feel better.
