hi all…..i am a complete newbie to this.

i am a male aged 51 trying to turn my life around.

ps my handle on here : slimfb has nothing to do with anything related with dieting, i’ve had it over 20 years, it’s my old internet gaming name.

i quit smoking last year, quit drinking last month & now having a bash at this.

i want to trim up a bit & feel healthier, i’m not expecting miracles but i’ve read good reports about this 5:2 so i bought the book & here goes.

today is my 2nd fast day – mon & thu – roll on dinnertime !!!
