Getting rid of the guilt

    Still struggling after eating on a “normal” day with that little voice in my head which tries to keep telling me”you’ve over eaten today…..May as we’ll carry on”.
    Any advice on switching it off?

    Hiya! I found I did all sorts of silly things at first. Like eating up the day before a fast. And eating up the day after etc etc. I just saw all this as an adjustment time. The one thing I have never done is give up on a fast day. I fast twice a week. I did throw it in once when I was sick with flu. Otherwise a fast day is a fast day. As I have gone on I have used the TDEE is that it? Calculator to vaguely keep things in check. Eventually if u tune in to your body you find the best way forward. No need to feel guilty about getting to know yourself now is there?
