Getting help with workouts

  • I’ve been trying to get some exercise to lose weight for a while now, but I wasn’t disciplined enough. Every day I made an excuse to not workout. Finally, I took a leap of faith and got a personal trainer and the difference has been night and day. She helps me stay motivated and keeps me going. If you’re in the bay area, theres a company called fitbold(http://bit.ly/fitbold-7) that I used that is only $30 a session which is the best price I found.
