Fit test accuracy

  • I have just decided to start the fit exercise regime and began by testing my fitness with the modified press-ups. I am a female in my mid 50’s and haven’t taken part in any exercise for many years other than some sporadic walking. I was amazed to find that I did 49 modified press-ups in one minute which puts me in the superior range! I can’t believe this could be true and will try the ordinary press-ups when I’ve recovered from my first set of fast exercises. Maybe I should try some other way of checking my fitness/strength, but was looking for something simple and quick.
