  • I have been interested in the science behind IF, and have been researching some ways to increase leptin, which is the hormone that tells our brain to stop eating.

It appears that there is a lot of research that shows that both fish oil (Omega 3) increases it, as well as jogging/running. It may be true for other forms of exercise, as there wasn’t really a reason behind why just jogging, and I don’t think it was an official trial.

Anyhow, I started taking my fish oil again (it was hit n miss before!), and started running again like I used to!

There is also a Leptin Diet, but it basically is what we are doing except the IF part: Watch the carbs, do NOT eat between meals, do NOT eat after dinner, etc.
