Hi guys, I’m new to intermittent fasting. I have had an up and down week with it and not satisfying these hunger pangs is a new thing for me. There was a day on my non fast day when I gave in to them but didn’t beat myself up about it I just carried on. I can’t remember actually feeling this good ever. I started at 94 kg a week ago and I weighed myself after 2 consecutive days of fasting and I was 91 kg. Is that right or are my scales broken???
