  • Hi everyone. Looking forward to this new way of eating (I think:p) Never really had great relationship with food. I’m hoping to get the support I need in order to lose my 30 kilos (66 pounds to those who don’t use kilos) just hit the double figures and The 26 I want to enjoy my life not hide behind the extra tyres I have sitting around my hips.
    how’s everyone finding it?

    Sorry I meant triple figures haha well I’m 100 kilos and need to lose it

    I’ve been IF since 2011. To cut a long story short, I shed 27.27kgs (60lbs) to my present weight of 108lbs and have been maintaining for some time, using 4:3, and find that it matches my lifestyle.

    I hope that you find out quickly whether IF/5:2 or whatever pattern of fasting you adopt is a good match to your life and that it helps you to meet your health and other goals.

    Hi ChloeLouise88, I’m new today too. I’ve tried so many things, over the past 2 years I’ve just gained everything back I lost on Jenny Craig because I got sick of the food. I don’t know how you’ve found day one… I’m hungry but determined. God luck with your/our new WOL hope it’s successful for us both!
