I read that quite a few people are feeling cold on fasting days, i too experience this even today when it’s warm out, any tips to help combat this please

I have read somewhere that energy taken by burning food helps to keep you warm, hence no food, no warmth. Definately a problem I suffer from whilst fasting. My response is to put another layer on and go for a walk if I can. Also, have a hot drink- ginger tea is a good one as the gingeriness seems to warm me up.
