  • How can we break the plateau of fat loss?

    What are your details, smotfi? If you have been Fasting and losing weight and then not losing weight, then I suggest you look at what you eat on Slow Days. Reduce some of the ‘extra’ calories [simple carbs, sweets, excess alcohol] and see where that leads you.
