A bright start weather and two children wise…lol…daughter and one child still asleep…I think she is having the sleep over for her lay in…Daddy usually shares some early mornings…
Walk out this morning to local village shop for sweets a novelty for them..nothing like that in the States..then to a large park, a new coffee shop opened…you would think they are parked out but again nothing like that at home for them…I will take them home later in the day…

We went to see Beguiled yesterday. Has had mixed reviews but it certainly held my attention. V good performances and Nicole Kidman who I often think is overrated was very good in it. We are off for a lomg dig walk today. Xx

A bright day here…popping out for a few food bits…SALAD..
I am at my highest weight for a long time and I am not happy….back to MFP and I really must think before I eat….we have had the wine, biscuits/crisps for the children, cakes and different temptations about here…going to her rented house, bits and pieces thrown at you…I could have said no but I think yes came in the equation too many times…
I am totally at my cut off point NOW! It’s so easy to say maintaining, a pound up, maintaining, pound up….those pounds are adding up….at the moment 4 lbs up max but that is too much it has to stop before the half stone creeps in…I must get back to my maintaining zone before I loose it altogether…

Hi all.
Bowie exhibition was really good. Unfortunately that day I woke up to cystitis (sorry if tmi). As we were leaving as soon as I got home from school I popped into chemist to get sachets to help. 2 dats on it is better than it was but still not right. May end up at docs tomorrow after work if not totally cleared. Drinking loads to try to flush it out.
This news about me losing my 6th form room has has a very negative impact on me. I was feeling really good literally until I was told. I could see light at thE end of the tunnel as had finished my marking and knew what I had to do this week to then switch off over the hols. But if I now have to clear the room and move stuff to the new, much smaller room and try to make that work – that’s a big job. I just feel absolutely dumped on (to put it politely ). Once again my subject is not valued. Everyone loved the exhibition and gushed about that yet they reduce the time kids have art, they don’t replace staff and I have non specialists teaching and now the 6th form room we’ve been in since the 6th form started in 2010 has been taken from me. I love teaching art but it’s the politics and lack of appreciation that really gets to me.
Rant over. I hope to snap out if it. I said to OH there’s really no point in me allowing myself to feel like this as I can’t change it and it’s only me suffering by letting myself feel like this. Easier said than done though.
Might go out for lunch today. Praying the excessive drinking pays off and I don’t end up at docs tomorrow.

Teachers aren’t appreciated these days…staff shortages and supply teachers make it so hard…teaching assistants teaching not good at all…hope you get your room sorted…don’t upset yourself things won’t change and you will get stressed…it’s not worth it…
I think our big family row stems from stress at school and a controlling husband and son who don’t help at home..after her 10 hour work day sat with their mouths open waiting for her to cook dinner at 6.30 at night when hubby finished his shift at 2 pm…it makes me boil and I can’t say anything…

Went to see mum and Zoe yesterday was a very long day..
Mum was a bit hard work she wants to be centre of attention and of course this visit she wasn’t… Zoe was allowed home for the weekend but has to go back to Blackburn for a scan on her stomach… she hasn’t been well for a while now so let’s hope they finally sort out what’s wrong with her this time.. thanks for all your good wishes they are much appreciated.
We ate far too much food yesterday, and I need this fast day to get me back down again…

How’s the fasting going??
All good here, pork chops and salad for dinner tonight…working through two really full freezers…trying to save some money and empty them….as we are away in September …
We have been and sorted my glasses had them adjusted, seem fine now…..a pot of tea at our cafe in the sun really pleasant.
Too hot to cut the grass or wash the car….maybe later..
Sat out reading with our sun hats on….no G and T today…😩

Warm one here again, but not set to last it seems as rain due tomorrow.
I had a nice weekend but over indulged yet again, so no doubt those pounds will have bounced back on 🙁
People having a rough time, with one thing or another….I feel for those who have lost pets….awful….still feel lucky that Ellie is hanging on in there with us. Although think she may have a UTI, so watching her…
And lots of other trying things going on for people, I am amazed that you still manage to watch the calories. The first sniff of any stress and Im in the kitchen :-/

Had a lovely week-end .. not over the top food wise .. so pleased about that. Basically just extended the drinking slot in the evening a bit.
Kristy here again this week-end Fri till Sun .. lunch with a friend. Such a shame no decrease in her weight and its gone to her face. Of course you cant say. .. people have to decided themselves.

I have just had my fruit this morning and quite a few teas but all counted…just having the lemon and water again but weak…wary of cystitis but ok so far…maybe two or three be ok…you get fed up of hot drinks….Hemmy likes the lemon and water…

Then two days with Katie again…tomorrow Steve taking the boys to Cars 2…I think we may have lunch out with little one…raining all day I think…it’s hard to know what to do…must choose carefully..lol
At the cafe homemade cake, caramel shortbread to die for…but a NO today and yesterday…😀..I was surprised at the price of a pot of tea for two….two cups each only £2.20… I thought she made a mistake…we normally have a teacake or a bacon butty and a naughty, the price is always very good…
As I said on FB, she remarked on us not eating cake for two days ..what a reputation to have..😂

Hi all.
Didnt enjoy work at all yesterday. Ended up at docs due to my issue not getting better and some new symptoms arrived. Got antibiotics. While I was there I mentioned us trying for a baby and me being a bit concerned so I’m off for blood tests on Friday to see if I’m ovulating.
As some of you know I was then taken out for a long drive with the dog and ended up at a lovely pub in the garden for tea. It was near Ironbridge for those who know the area. We then had a walk. I was so chilled on way home it was wonderful. Would love to live in the countryside.
Today at work been better. It’s activities week. My colleague took the workshop today sk I spent the day on the computer work on stuff for September. Tomorrow I will take the workshop. OH out tonight so going to try to get lots of work done too tonight.
Fasting today too. Really hungry to be honest. Will try to hold on til 5!

I came to a village from a city it’s the best thing we ever did should of done it years ago…I think we have 1200 houses, two pubs, a spar shop and a chippy, Chinese ( not good now, dirty), a pizza takeaway…just about right..

Hope you feel better soon… don’t worry about not ovulating Vicky had that problem went for IVF that’s how we got our Charlotte then a miracle happened and ruby was born… we always say that she is our BOGOF God daughter .. we bought one and got one free Lolo now they use contraception….

Hi lovely brits.
I am back…kind of! I have been trying to keep up with posts and news but been offline myself. New job is going really well yet busy! We have a little work charity weigh in going on each week which is working really well. Not competitive but a bit of fun.
I had my operation on both my legs on Wednesday (6 days ago), which is why I have been offline, together with the new job. Operation went well but the co-codamol made me a bit ill (had no idea it turns into morphine!). Helped with the pain but I decided to come off it a few days ago and starting to feel more myself. Just ibuprofen for the pain and swelling now. Dressing change today and it was like Christmas – wasn’t sure what I was going to see! 7 inch incisions on both legs just to the outside side of the shins. Looks tidy but need to get the swelling in the feet and ankles down. So on crutches at the moment but can only shuffle around so house bound at the moment really.
The 16/8 diet test went really well before I went off, even at work. Found it sooooo easy to do and think I have ‘found’ my diet. I lost around 3/4 of a stone Unfortunately I am quickly gaining now, especially now that I have my appetite back, immobile and need to eat when taking my tablets. But I am not worrying about that at all. I know my body likes the diet, so will get back on it when the time is right. And then thrown in 5:2 in the future.
Has anyone else found the 16/8 a benefit? One thing I did find, was if I treated myself on the weekend with breakfast, I would have crazy low blood sugar around 11:30am.i never suffer with that so I was surprised. Didn’t find low blood sugar when I was fasting 8pm to 12pm – weird

Interesting about co codamol..Steve takes that…when he was taken into hospital last year they gave him morphine and it didn’t touch him at all, maybe that’s the reason…
I hate to be house bound it’s very frustrating…hope things soon improve..💕💕

Wasn’t around yesterday, I had the dentist first thing (all good for another 6 months) then spent the day with my boy. Taking his car for MOT (all passed thank goodness) and enjoying the sunshine 🙂

My FD on Monday was really good. I was probably under 500, and when I weighed that evening 2lbs had gone! I was thrilled, as its another “lowest” number for me!
