  • Just starting off on 5 2 and easing down generally on eating generally, side effects for me seems to be bad breath ….. not a problem I’ve had before.
Is this usual, anything to help, obviously brushing teeth etc but not long after problem returns.

you should see a doctor for current status. I am not sure if it was due to a hygiene issue

It’s most likely “keto breath” and nothing to worry about and as the post is almost two years old I’m guessing the poster has worked it out by now.

That’s a fascinating issue. I’m studying to be a dentist and I’ve never heard of such a thing before especially when it comes to keto diet. I will definitely keep it in mind though for future patients and maybe refer them to another practitioner that is related to stomach issues I would say. We’re doing some https://thefastdiet.co.uk/forums/topic/fasting-and-bad-breath/ specialized dentist training courses and all of these interesting finds are being discussed in class. It’s good to stay up to date in such a demanding field for all of us. Another thing we’re being told this how to open our own office when we graduate and there’s something I’m really considering doing.

Hey Kanea! We actually in the process of opening a dentist office that specialized on aesthetic work done on teeth. It’s a really developing market and most people have their teeth whitened as it has become a social status thing. We started with my husband with the general dentist training in the university but after getting some courses with https://drhennessyacademy.com/dentist-aesthetic-training/ we realized that this might be a much better opportunity to chase. Another great thing is that we were taught how to also open the office and make it a profitable business.

That looks like a great training center. I always wanted to be a dentist but my grades were not that good.
