  • Ugh. I feel really rubbish!
    Last week I did both fast days (Mon & Wed) but this weekend I kind of lost the plot a little.
    Even though technically speaking Fri/Sat/Sun were not fast days I think I ended up overeating, had takeout and chocolate, and now I feel like a hippo!
    I really need to stick to my TDEE on non fast days. 🙁
    Back on a fast today!

    We all get weekends like that and for many, that’s the end of the diet. My weight is now at the very bottom of the normal BMI level for my height but I still feel fat on days when I have given in and pigged myself. But I tell myself that overeating for a day or so can be overcome by eating less for a day or so and refocus. I hope you are able to do the same. Just remember, a bad diet day does not ruin everything. That’s the great thing about the Fast Diet – the fast days soon make up for our weak days. Go for it!
