Hi
Can anyone recommend any good dvd’s to do at home ? I haven’t really done any exercise for years and bought the insanity DVD’s but they are just too hardcore for me at the moment

Exercise DVDs are great if you know what you are doing but if you’ve not exercised for years it might be an idea to find a class so that the instructor can take a look at what you are doing and ensure you aren’t causing problems by doing anything incorrectly.
You also need to decide what you want to achieve. Do you want to improve cardio vascular health, tone up, be more flexible?
