    Over the last few years I’ve suffered from increasingly painful bursae particularly on my right elbow, painful to the point that I can’t control the resultant reflex. My elbows used to crack like a tree being felled as well. Now while I still get the odd snap, crackle or pop, the bursitis has gone completely.
