Easy Peasy

  • Just wanted to write in and say that I’m amazed by how easy I find this diet. I started fasting in mid-June. Like another poster I organize my fasting days around lunch meetings. When I’m hungry I can just say “tomorrow.”

    Didn’t fast for two weeks in July due to traveling/vacation and a summer cold.Yesterday for first time stepped on a scale. I’ve lost 6 pounds. The BMI chart suggests I could lose another 13. That would make my SKINNY.

    I’m not sure what it is – I don’t feel deprived on a fasting day – rather I feel virtuous.

    It’s a great diet. Thanks for figuring it out and making it public.
