Cooked or un-cooked

  • Hi, I’m fairly new to the fast diet and am a little confused about whether to measure the cooked or uncooked food in the fast diet book recipes. For example, if I’m having porridge for breakfast, should I be measuring 40g of uncooked oats or should I measure it after it’s cooked??

    Uncooked. Check the packaging to see how much is in everything. The internet is a great source of information too.
