I am about to begin my 5:2 journey. I wanted to measure my blood values before and after a month’s diet. The only problem is I am based in Rome,Italy and the readings are measured differently here.
My BEFORE values are:
glycemia – 92 mg/dl
cholesterol – 226 mg/dl
ldl – 135 mg/dl
hdl – 66 mg/dl
triglycerides – 251 mg/dl
igf1 192 – ng/ml

Can anyone transalte these values or let me know the formula on how to convert because all the videos I see online are in different measurements.
