Simple question please…….. Can you do the 5:2 with two consecutive days ? Then % ‘normal’

Yes.
I needed the answer to that myself and I found it in the FAQs.

It doesn’t matter which two days you pick so long as it’s 5:2.

Thanks I started as of 23:00 last night so will go on until breakfast Thursday
