I’m trying to do commit to both the fast fitness which the book says needs to be done 2 – 3 non-consecutive days per week. And the fast strength which is to be don 3 non-consecutive days per week. I was hoping not to have to do exercise every day, so can I do the fast fitness and fast strength one after the other on the same days?

I do this and it works out just fine for me. I do HITT and strength on the same day 3x per week. I keep both very simple right now- 15 minutes for HITT on a bike and 10-15 minutes of strength. I try to walk more on the non HITT and strength days, and just stay busy. Keeping it very simple and doable with small goals worked best for this for me.
